WHAT OUR TEAM SAY

I've worked in quite a few nurseries around Brighton, they were okay, but nothing really compares to working at The Nest, I feel really well looked after here and I feel more freedom in the activities I can provide for the children which is really nice

I love The Nest, I had thought about leaving the early years profession, but since working here I've fallen back in love with my job and see a good career ahead of me

I'm so glad I made a move to The Nest, I've been telling my old colleagues they should come too!

Enjoy time-out on us
As a family-owned nursery group we truly appreciate our staff, every day that they work, every time they support a child and make a difference to a family they make a difference to the community and help The Nest succeed. So we work hard to thank them.
We go out on nature days, facilitated by specialists who help the team relax and focus on their well-being.
We have some great nights out, including a Christmas meal and event all fully paid for, and, once a year we take the team away for the weekend, closing the nurseries on a Friday and whisking them off to Centre Parcs, for time in the spa, forest and a few fancy restaurants! There's some Kayaking on the lake, pool, and plenty of coffee, doughnuts and fun too :0)
