Early Years Educator

30 to 40 hours per week

You must be at least level 2 qualified with an approved Early Years qualification. The Early Years Educator is a key member of the nursery team. As an Early Years Educator, you will work within one of our age groups as a key person for between 5 and 10 key children. You will be personally responsible for the wellbeing and educational development of your key children. Building close relationships with the children and their families is an integral part of the role. You will liaise with parents through the day to day contact, reports and tapestry and work with them and your team to provide stimulating activities that suit the interests and developmental needs of your children. We value our practitioners in offering support to our management team in supporting the nursery to reach an 'Outstanding' grade with Ofsted.

Chef and Nursery Support

The chef and nursery support lead is a key member of the nursery team. You will support our nursery team with day to day duties such as preparing snacks and lunch, cleaning, tidying, and light administration. You must be highly organised and self-motivated. 

Education and development lead

You must be at least level 3 qualified with an approved Early Years qualification but ideally with EYTS/QTS.

Our Education and Professional Development Lead will ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care through the effective leadership and development of the nursery team. The post is supernumerary.

You must be a specialist in early childhood development and will have Early Years Teacher Status, Qualified Teacher Status or Early Years Professional Status, reflecting the specialist role that you will have in motivating and leading the early year's workforce across two settings to achieve high standards.

Nursery Apprentice

The nursery apprentice is a key member of the nursery team. As an apprentice, you will work towards a recognised early years qualification while you get hands-on experience with our dedicated team. you will work within one of our age groups as a key person for between 2 and 5 key children. You will be supported by your room leader to be personally responsible for the wellbeing and educational development of your key children. Building close relationships with the children and their families is an integral part of the role. You will liaise with parents through the day to day contact, learn how to write education reports and use our online journal - tapestry. You will work with the family and your team to provide stimulating activities that suit the interests and developmental needs of your children. We value our apprentices in offering support to our nursery team in helping the nursery to reach an 'Outstanding' grade with Ofsted.
