Nursery Practitioner L2 +

You must be at least level 2 qualified with an approved Early Years qualification. The nursery practitioner is a key member of the nursery team. As a nursery practitioner, you will work within one of our age groups as a key person for between 5 and 10 key children. You will be personally responsible for the wellbeing and educational development of your key children. Building close relationships with the children and their families is an integral part of the role. You will liaise with parents through the day to day contact, reports and tapestry and work with them and your team to provide stimulating activities that suit the interests and developmental needs of your children. We value our practitioners in offering support to our management team in supporting the nursery to reach an 'Outstanding' grade with Ofsted.

Room Leader - Preschool

As a room leader, you will lead a small group of practitioners within one of our age groups. You will be personally responsible for supporting your team members and ensuring the wellbeing and educational development of all children in your room. Building close relationships with the team, children and their families is an integral part of the role. You will liaise with parents through the day to day contact, reports and tapestry and work with them and your team to provide stimulating activities that suit the interests and developmental needs of your children. We value bank staff as a crucial member of the nursery team. As a bank staff nursery practitioner, you will work across all age groups covering the role of nursery practitioners when they are on training, annual leave or off work on other leave. You will be responsible for the wellbeing and educational development of the children. Building close relationships with the children and the teams is an integral part of the role. You will liaise with the staff team on a day to day basis to ensure you can provide stimulating activities that suit the interests and developmental needs of the children.

Unqualified Bank Staff: Minimum Wage

L3 Qualified Bank Staff: £9 per hour
